-Free delivery within 30 miles of sales lot, over 30 miles subject to additional charge. 
-Free setup unless the driver is required to block up the entire building. In that case there will be 100.00 fee. Blocks will be $3.00 a piece unless provided by customer.  
-No site preparation necessary (if site is accessible with truck and trailer and site is no more than 2 feet out of level). Building will not settle as much if put on gravel or concrete pad.

Our low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini-warehousing rates. Our no strings attached plan allow you to have your own storage facility at your home or business, when and where you need it.
